Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience in cross-functional environments.
• Experience developing integrated plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and issue registers.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy, scope, roadmap, timing, governance, dependencies and delivery outcomes.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable plans and recovery strategies.
• Influence stakeholders across manufacturing, engineering, operations, software, IT, quality, supplier, and plant organizations.
• Drive readiness for vehicle launches, system deployments, testing activities, and manufacturing solutions.
• Manage program health, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and corrective actions.
• Deliver executive-level status updates with clear decisions and recommendations.
