Textiles Coated International (TCI) is looking for a Controller to guide the accounting and financial reporting for our global operations based in Londonderry, New Hampshire. This pivotal role will ensure accuracy in financial reporting while enhancing internal controls and supporting strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, proficiency in ERP systems, and strong analytical skills to deliver actionable insights. A competitive salary range of $110,000 – $125,000 will be offered.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including ledger and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls.
