Job summary

Bloom Energy seeks a strategic leader to own enterprise manufacturing configuration management, change control, and process governance across our global network. You will maintain the MMR, drive standardized processes, and ensure configuration discipline across products, facilities, and digital manufacturing systems.

The role requires deep experience in manufacturing operations, quality systems, configuration management, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, or related field.
• 6+ years in manufacturing operations, manufacturing engineering, quality systems, configuration management, or change control leadership.
• Experience leading document control, configuration management, or quality management systems in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLM, MES, ERP, quality systems, and manufacturing process governance.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across multiple sites and organizations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Manufacturing Master Record as the authoritative source for process standards and traceability.
• Lead the enterprise Change Control Board, ensuring timely review, approval, and communication of changes.
• Govern global change control, configuration management, document control, and deviation processes.
• Drive copy-exact manufacturing execution with controlled deployment of changes.
• Maintain enterprise deviation management including risk assessments, approvals, and closure.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product teams to implement improvements.
