Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Change Control Manager to lead the change control system in a fully on‑site Newark, DE role. You will own governance, ensure ISO9001:2015 compliance, and coordinate cross‑functional activities with quality, engineering, and supply chain to drive safe, compliant manufacturing changes.

You will mentor teams, support audits, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives, with emphasis on lifecycle readiness and process discipline. This is an in‑office role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5–8+ years in manufacturing, quality, or technical operations within a regulated environment.
• Experience managing change controls and working with PLM tools.
• Lean, Six Sigma or quality certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing change control system, ensuring ISO9001:2015 compliance.
• Coordinate governance for change initiation, impact assessment, approval, and closure.
• Ensure changes are risk‑assessed and aligned with quality and supply continuity.
• Act as SME for change control during audits and CAPA remediation.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration across sites.
