Job summary

Manning Personnel Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Shrewsbury, MA.

You will scale accounting operations, drive global financial reporting improvements, and partner with the Controller to ensure accuracy across multiple entities. You will oversee monthly closes, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and adherence to US GAAP, while leveraging ERP systems and advanced Excel to deliver timely insights and support audits and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance required.
CPA or MBA, Master’s in Accounting preferred.
6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
3+ years in a manufacturing environment required.
Solid background in cost accounting required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures for timely financials.
Oversee corporate financial consolidation for multiple subsidiaries on distinct ERP platforms.
Manage multi-currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and currency impacts under US GAAP.
Harmonize COA mappings and reporting across software platforms for consistent reporting.
Produce consolidated financial statements, executive decks, and audit schedules in line with US GAAP.
