Job summary

Syntiant Corp. is seeking an experienced Manager, Applications Engineering to lead a global team and drive technical success for MEMS sensor products, audio and vibration applications, and edge AI solutions.

The role focuses on customer support, product demonstrations, and cross-functional collaboration to shape the sensor roadmap and ensure successful deployments. You will oversee documentation, content creation, and performance development, with up to 25% travel to support customers and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor/sensors field.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience with demonstrated people-management skills.
• Proven track record bringing products to mass production with high volume consumer electronics devices.
• Excellent technical domain knowledge: MEMS sensors, audio, vibration.
• Strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for customers and sales teams, supporting product evaluations, integrations, troubleshooting, and escalations.
• Help define sensor product roadmap with Product Management and R&D; conduct competitive analysis and gather market requirements.
• Lead development of product demonstrations, reference designs, and technical content for customer success and adoption.
• Own and maintain customer-facing technical documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Lead and develop a globally distributed Applications Engineering team and drive technical excellence.
