Job summary

Hunter Douglas, Inc. is launching a Global Management Trainee Program (GMT), a 10‑month leadership development initiative sponsored by the Executive Leadership Team. You will rotate through key value chain areas, work on real projects, and be paired with a mentor to accelerate your growth within our global organization.

You will interact with leaders across zones, join a Trainee class, and contribute to strategic initiatives while preparing for a future leadership role at Hunter Douglas.

Qualifications

• Eligible with anticipated graduation by June 2026 (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Demonstrated leadership through activities, internships, clubs or volunteer work.
• Willingness to relocate to hubs (Atlanta, GA / Broomfield, CO / Irvine, CA)
• Mobility to remain flexible during four‑month project and final placement, relocation stipend provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 3 weeks onboarding, including a global induction at HQ.
• Rotate through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, Customer Service during five months of field training.
• Complete four‑month project delivering tangible results with your team.
• Present capstone project to Leadership and transition to a full‑time role.
