Job summary

Hunter Douglas, the world’s leading window coverings manufacturer, offers a hybrid Trainee Program in Irvine, CA. The program begins with onboarding at a local hub and includes a Global Induction, five months of hands-on field training across Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product and Customer Service, plus a four-month project and capstone presentation.

You will participate in leadership and methodology training, culminating in a placement into a full‑time role.

Qualifications

• Eligible for graduation by June 2026 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Must relocate to one of the major hubs (Atlanta, GA; Broomfield, CO; Irvine, CA).
• Willing to tackle frontline roles in field, plants, and regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and global induction, starting at a local hub.
• Rotate through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service.
• Deliver a four‑month project with measurable results and present to Leadership.
