Graduate Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee, you'll start at the ground level—learning how our campaigns operate—then build your way up by leading teams, managing client accounts, and shaping strategy. What You’ll Do

Sales & Brand Representation

• Learn the core of what we do: how to represent a brand with confidence and integrity
• Interact directly with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right products or services
• Contribute to team sales goals while learning customer service strategies and communication techniques
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members
• Develop leadership habits such as setting daily goals, offering feedback, and leading by example
• Create a positive, motivating team culture while keeping performance high

Campaign Management

• Learn how to launch and optimize client campaigns in various event settings
• Track KPIs, analyze data, and provide insights to increase performance
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align messaging and objectives

Business Operations

• Gain exposure to behind-the-scenes business operations: hiring, onboarding, logistics, inventory, and reporting
• Learn how to make strategic decisions that affect team outcomes and client satisfaction
• Prepare for a leadership position where you manage an entire campaign or branch location
