Job summary

Nakupuna Solutions seeks a Malaria Program Technical Advisor to support U.S. Department of State global health policy and PMI objectives. This role provides program management, global technical engagement, and oversight over malaria innovations, ensuring alignment with U.S.

global health priorities. The advisor will work with partner countries and international stakeholders, oversee malaria program design and rollout of innovations, and develop performance metrics and Congressional reporting

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in malaria prevention and treatment programs including vector control, diagnosis, treatment, chemoprevention, and surveillance.
• Experience in award design, management, and oversight of large, multi-country health portfolios.
• Ability to develop malaria program performance metrics and milestone frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and activity management for malaria awards across countries.
• Strengthen global technical engagement and support to country malaria programs and innovations.
• Develop strategic frameworks and work plans for PMI-supported health programs with cross-program integration.
• Contribute to design and selection of program instruments and performance metrics.
• Ensure Congressional reporting requirements are met with timely, accurate reports.
