Job summary

3M in Maplewood, MN is seeking a Manager - Global Make to Deliver Engineering & Maintenance Product Owner to lead and scale IT/OT-enabled manufacturing capabilities across the enterprise. You will partner with global teams to define operational functionality, improve processes, and align plant changes with global capability.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in enterprise operations or manufacturing, plus proven project leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher
Three (3) years of Enterprise Operations and/or Business Group manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Three (3) years of systems experience with IT, OT, or business process
Three (3) years of experience leading projects in a private, public, government or military environment

Responsibilities

Apply manufacturing and plant knowledge to define operational functionality and value
Lead the manufacturing process capability of Engineering and Maintenance systems at 3M
Work cross-functionally with other teams to align global capability with plant operating changes
Evaluate design and operational issues related to Engineering and Maintenance applications; assist in resolution
Lead gap solutioning and alternative problem solving
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT professionals, Thrive in a truly global environment with distributed geography, language, culture
