Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our distribution center. You will direct tasks, coordinate maintenance resources, and apply continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in manufacturing or distribution, supervision experience, and an associate degree in supervisory management or related field. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in manufacturing or distribution center environment.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with production processes and department workflows.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and assign tasks
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations to improve processes and systems
• Assist production management in the maintenance, training, and operation of equipment
• Support maintenance functions at a given location
