Job summary
Minerals Technologies Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Manager to lead the global maintenance and reliability program from our Lucerne Valley facility.
The role focuses on driving operational excellence, reducing costs, and improving equipment performance while developing maintenance talent and implementing best practices. You will supervise a team, manage cross-functional projects, and align with Lean TPM methodologies to deliver sustained improvements and cost savings across worldwide
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 5+ years supervision in manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong Lean TPM experience preferred.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude for plant areas.
- Excellent communication and multi-project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance practices to improve equipment reliability and reduce costs.
- Develop strategies to enhance skills across maintenance resources worldwide.
- Deliver maintenance and reliability training to staff.
- Identify upgrades and manage related projects.
- Coordinate with operations to align with Lean/operational excellence.
