KACE Company is seeking an International Mail Support Analyst at JFK, NY. The role supports mail control and security programs, including import/export controls and interdictions of foreign lotteries and mail with short/invalid postage.

The position is Monday–Friday 11:00 AM–7:30 PM with potential weekend shifts. Requires an Associates degree (or equivalent) and 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and ability to handle confidential information.

Competenze

• Associates Degree (or equivalent) required, plus 5 years of work experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial/information data and prepare reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency researching on internet and public/commercial databases.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information.

Mansioni

• Evaluate Customs data to identify non-compliance.
• Triage mail pieces for export controls, foreign lottery and USPS revenue products; manage holds, returns, and seizures.
• Refer cases to Program Managers or Postal Inspectors for investigation or seizure.
• Research and document analytical results; prepare and disseminate reports to stakeholders.
• Complete tasks within timeframes and support intelligence development for investigations.
• Document and report analytical results clearly and disseminate data as required.
• Report non-compliance promptly and move cleared items to dispatch in a timely fashion.
