KACE is seeking an International Mail Support Analyst to support inspection service international mail control and security programs at JFK, NY. The role includes evaluating data, triaging mail pieces, and assisting investigators in export control and enforcement actions.

The position requires an Associates Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience, ability to work independently, strong analytical and communications skills, and physical stamina for handling mail and equipment.

Competenze

• Associates degree (or equivalent) or 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Ability to review financial information and conduct analysis.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in internet research and using public databases.
• Experience with analytical techniques in security-related work.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
• Physically capable of duties including standing and lifting up to 70 pounds.

Mansioni

• Evaluate Customs data to identify non-compliance.
• Triage mail pieces for export control and other violations; manage holds, returns, and seizures.
• Coordinate with Program Managers/Postal Inspectors for investigations.
• Research data and prepare analytical reports; disseminate findings timely.
• Complete tasks within timeframes to support investigations and export control issues.
• Document and report analytical results clearly; disseminate data as required.
• Report non-compliance promptly and accurately.
• Move cleared items to dispatch promptly.
