Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Burlington M Lab Collaboration Center.
• Coordinate with local and global teams to maximize uptime and visitor experiences.
• Manage inventories, procurement, and lab supplies across sites in Mexico and Brazil.
• Lead calibration, maintenance, repairs, setup, and vendor coordination for equipment and facilities.
• Ensure safety procedures, EHS compliance, and incident reporting.
