Responsibilities

Develops and manages a structured pipeline to track global M&A opportunities and activity.
Leads due diligence efforts and provides strategic recommendations.
Builds robust financial models, valuations, and investment analyses for decision-making.
Prepares clear presentations for senior leadership review and approvals.
Partners with senior leaders on development strategy, including inorganic growth and franchise-related opportunities.
Leads financial modeling and analyses with cross-functional teams to evaluate implications.
Engages stakeholders to drive alignment and support decision-making.
Collaborates with BMUs, franchisees, and external stakeholders to design structures and support deal execution.
Coordinates cross-functional implications across Legal, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
