Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity or Business Valuation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Confident engaging with, presenting to, and influencing senior leaders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a structured pipeline and tracking process for global M&A opportunities.
• Leads due diligence on acquisition targets with independent analysis and recommendations.
• Builds financial models, valuations, and analyses to support decisions and transactions.
• Creates clear presentations for senior leadership review and decision-making.
• Partners with senior leaders on PHG development strategy including inorganic growth and franchise opportunities.
• Coordinates cross-functional implications across Legal, Finance, Operations, and other functions.
