Livingstone Partners LLC. in Chicago seeks an Experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our US team. This role offers exposure to M&A, special situations, and financing transactions with senior bankers and clients, across domestic and international deals.

The Analyst will build robust financial models, conduct market research, and prepare client materials while supporting deal execution in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of full-time experience at a top 10 accounting firm in Audit or TAS.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A positive attitude and desire to learn how to do deals and grow professionally.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of professionalism, initiative, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to begin in the near term.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed financial models including DCF, comparable company, precedent transaction, and LBO analyses
• Conduct thorough industry and company research to support transaction execution and business development
• Prepare client deliverables such as confidential information presentations (CIPs), management presentations, and pitch materials
• Support deal execution, including due diligence, process management, and data room activities
• Interact with clients, investors, and other stakeholders throughout the deal process
