Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to work long hours on foot in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines and keep work area clean.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort flight trolleys and equipment by class and type into plastic bins; wash/run dirty items through the dishwasher.
• Ensure temperature gauges read correctly and stack/organize cleaned items per company standards.
• Clean drains and machines at end of shift and sanitize the dishwashing area.
