Sotheby’s Institute of Art seeks a VP of Fixed Price Strategy & Business Operations for Global Luxury. The role partners with the Global Head of Fixed Price to drive growth, optimize operations, and scale the Private Sales and Salon businesses globally.

You will balance innovation with disciplined execution, leading cross-functional teams across inventory, partnerships, and client experience to achieve ambitious objectives in a dynamic luxury market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, strategy, or commercial leadership.
• Experience in luxury, art, or auction context preferred.
• Proven ability to drive growth, transformation and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic and operational partner to Global Head of Fixed Price for Luxury.
• Lead operating rhythm, executive reporting, and strategic planning with global leadership.
• Drive growth initiatives, revenue streams, and new contracts across Private Sales.
