KBR Careers is seeking a Transportation & Logistics Transition Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support for transition activities across multiple locations and time zones. You will help maintain schedules, track actions, and ensure accurate documentation while supporting cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a NACI background check.
• 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, logistics, or operational support experience.
• Experience managing schedules, documentation, and action-item tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for transportation and logistics transition activities and gateway workstreams.
• Maintain schedules, action-item tracking, and document control processes.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and capture meeting notes and follow-up actions.
• Support reporting and communication across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
• Ensure transition documentation is accurate, current, and properly maintained.
• Assist with tracking milestones, deliverables, and transition progress.
