Qualifications

7–10 years of progressive import/export logistics experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Strong initiative, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
Familiarity with DOT regulations, HTS codes, and duty drawback processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor logistics workforce and warehouse personnel.
Design and optimize transportation processes with multimodal solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders and vendors; negotiate contracts.
Analyze logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee trade compliance, import/export activities, and regulatory adherence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, and customer service teams.
Champion Safety First principles and sustainable practices in logistics operations.
Perform additional logistics or compliance duties as the business evolves.
