System One is seeking a Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager in Houston to oversee domestic and international shipments and ensure regulatory compliance across global supply chains.

The role requires extensive experience in import/export logistics, a strong emphasis on trade compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and cost control. Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office is essential.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of progressive experience managing import/export logistics and trade compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with or holding a Customs Broker license is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in shipping operations, customs clearance, cost analysis, and supply chain IT systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and streamline all logistics operations for domestic and international shipments.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and international trade requirements across global supply chains.
• Lead logistics strategy and serve as subject matter expert in the department.
• Provide master scheduling and process management for the Logistics Team.
• Develop and refine logistics plans addressing safety, compliance, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
