Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics and Project Coordinator to lead a broad range of supply chain processes for a large global business unit.

The role improves processes and performance by guiding regional and global planning teams and managing special projects. You will collaborate across functions to optimize demand planning, import/export operations, and KPI tracking, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring regulatory trade compliance.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Typically has 7–10 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• PMI/PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a broad range of complex supply chain processes for a large global business unit.
• Executes complex demand and supply matching activities and connects planning to execution.
• Works cross-functionally to prioritize backlog management.
• Partners with global business units and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.
• Leads cross-functional planning teams to maintain and enhance current processes.
• Defines and reviews performance metrics and identifies improvement actions.
• Manages priority projects with creative insights and recommendations.
• Mentors junior staff and establishes mentorship guidelines.
• Leads and manages a regulatory trade compliance program.
