Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics in Fort Worth seeks an International B2 Supervisor to manage inbound and outbound operations, labor planning, and customer communication. You will supervise staff, schedule work, and ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives in a fast-paced distribution center.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will hire and train staff, conduct performance appraisals, develop efficient procedures, and meet client KPIs while upholding SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, distribution or related environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: MHE certification or knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff meetings to plan daily/weekly work and drive continuous improvement.
• Inform senior management and clients of critical issues affecting operations.
• Develop systems for safe, profitable operations and meet KPI targets.
• Coach and evaluate team members; participate in performance reviews.
• Schedule daily work and assign duties to warehouse staff.
• Ensure space, equipment and staffing meet priorities.
