Job summary

TARGAN is seeking a Global Logistics Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead planning, coordination, and execution of global logistics operations. You will manage inbound/outbound transport for equipment and parts across domestic and international lanes while coordinating with carriers, brokers, and 3PLs.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with import/export controls, and a track record of improving shipment visibility, costs, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain, logistics, business or related field.
• 5+ years of international shipping experience across multiple regions.
• Experience with import/export documentation, Incoterms, and trade compliance.
• Ability to analyze freight costs and logistics performance data to drive improvements.
• Proficiency with ERP/TMS/WMS systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global logistics strategies supporting growth and operations.
• Manage inbound and outbound transportation for capital equipment, parts, and service materials.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and service with carriers and 3PLs.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to align logistics with priorities.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost, and transit time.
