Job summary

frontline network systems, inc. is seeking a detail‑minded logistics coordinator to join our US operations. You will coordinate import processing, manage customs clearance, track deliveries, and support customers across time zones.

Ideal candidates have strong written and verbal communication, multitask under pressure, and proficient MS Office skills. Bilingual English/Korean is a plus. This role offers full‑time hours with benefits in McAllen, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Import Processing: communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean or air import procedures.
• Customs Clearance: manage customs clearance of goods through brokerage services.
• Delivery Tracking: monitor delivery status and share updates with relevant parties.
• Accounting: handle accounts payable/receivable, closing, and other accounting-related duties.
• Data Entry: input service information into the internal system.
• Customer Support: address and resolve customer inquiries.
