Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics or procurement operations.
• Experience in a global or carrier/logistics role preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP and export documentation processes.
• Strong problem solving and independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve order inquiries.
• Maintain accurate order and material data in SAP and SED.
• Prepare and transmit export documents timely.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, warehouse team and carriers to meet delivery dates.
• Handle export responsibilities and back-up coverage as needed.
