Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with LTL and international shipping/receiving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound shipment documents for domestic and international shipments (packing lists, invoices, COOs/COAs, SDSs).
• Process small parcel shipments via FedEx/UPS and filing invoices/packing slips.
• Support cycle count and inventory adjustments; coordinate freight pickups.
• Assist with shop floor scheduling and collaboration with shipping, warehouse, and production teams.
• Maintain 5S for finished goods and verify incoming/outgoing records.
