Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Austin seeks a Senior Manager, Logistics Security Program to lead our global logistics security initiative, set strategy, governance, and performance expectations across the transportation network.

You will build and mentor a distributed team, enforce security requirements with providers, partner across procurement, legal, risk, and finance, and drive measurable improvements aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing global supply chain security and transportation security initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead multi-region teams and influence risk-based decisions.
• Strong executive communication and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct worldwide logistics security initiative with strategy, governance, and controls.
• Lead a distributed team across regions to ensure uniform performance.
• Maintain risk-based shipment security framework considering lane, geography, and modality.
• Establish security requirements with logistics providers and drive compliance.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Legal, Risk, Finance, and other partners.
