Job summary

The role requires proven leadership in security strategy, risk assessments, and vendor management, with a track record of delivering metrics-driven results in a fast-moving semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; strong track record in global supply chain security.
• Experience managing logistics security, cargo protection, and transportation security initiatives across multi-region operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing security teams and drive executive reporting and governance.
• Familiarity with industry standards (TAPA, CTPAT) and vendor management across global networks.

Responsibilities

• Direct Micron’s worldwide logistics security initiative and set strategy, governance, and performance expectations.
• Lead a distributed team across Asia Pacific, Americas, Europe and other regions.
• Maintain risk-based shipment security framework covering lane, geography, modality, and theft history.
• Establish and enforce security requirements for providers, including tracking, geofencing, chain of custody and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Risk, Finance, and other functions to integrate security into contracts and governance.
• Coordinate vendors and providers for performance management and corrective actions.
• Lead global monitoring, incident response and recovery operations; translate findings into improvements and investments.
• Measure program efficiency using security and operations metrics and prepare executive briefings.
