Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Logistics Security Intelligence Analyst in Austin, TX. The role focuses on producing timely intelligence on shipment risk, cargo theft trends, route exposure, carrier performance, and security incidents to strengthen visibility and support incident response.

The analyst will monitor sources, prepare summaries and dashboards, and contribute to governance materials to enable data-driven decisions for valuable shipments across Micron's transportation network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing logistics data.
• Ability to translate data into actionable risk insights for leadership.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, carrier management, and security considerations.
• Discretion handling sensitive security information and reports.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report on logistics security data for high-value shipments.
• Monitor sources for cargo theft trends and regional security developments.
• Prepare intelligence summaries, dashboards, route profiles, and briefing materials for leadership.
• Support risk assessments by identifying indicators and documenting findings.
• Analyze shipment monitoring alerts such as route deviations, seal breaches, and signal loss.
• Maintain incident timelines and support after-action reviews.
• Assist with playbooks, SOPs, and governance materials.
• Utilize data analytics and shipment visibility platforms to inform risk decisions.
