Job summary

Pinkerton in Sunnyvale is seeking a Control Tower Analyst to join a global client delivery hub. You will monitor shipments, assess risks, and produce reports to improve security and efficiency across multimodal logistics.

You will collaborate with product and operations teams, transform data into actionable insights, and maintain performance metrics in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with 24/7 needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher with multi-year experience within a security operations center, crisis management/response center or logistics department.
• Advanced report writing skills and ability to communicate ideas with influence across the organization.
• Able to handle highly sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Tackle customer service issues and build highly scalable services.
• Partner with product teams to identify process improvements and propose service strategies.
• Support identification of supply chain problems and report issues before they become threats.
• Track shipments from origin to destination and ensure receipt.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and simplify shipping processes and conduct risk assessments.
• Understand operating status of shippers/transportation vendors.
• Provide data to support root cause analysis on supply chain risk data.
• Produce operational clarity by combining data and anecdotes and testing hypotheses.
• Operate a risk monitoring dashboard to drive continuous improvement.
• Complete and maintain performance metrics including quality and productivity.
• Generate reports/metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
