• Associate's degree or higher with multi-year security operations or logistics experience.

• Advanced report writing skills and data interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Tackle customer service issues and build scalable services.
• Partner with product teams to identify process improvements and propose best service strategies.
• Support identification of supply chain problems and report issues early.
• Track shipments from origin to destination and ensure receipt.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and simplify shipping processes.
• Maintain real-time knowledge of shippers/transportation vendors.
• Predict and detect delays or deviations from plans.
• Alert stakeholders when events modify a shipment plan or compromise security.
• Provide data to support root cause analysis of supply chain risk.
• Produce operational clarity by combining data and anecdotes to test hypotheses.
• Operate a risk monitoring dashboard for continuous improvement.
• Use real-world cases to audit and develop program documents.
• Complete metrics on quality, productivity, and first contact resolution.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports/metrics.
• Foster a customer-centric environment focused on quality and scalability.
• All other duties, as assigned.
