Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required with multi-year experience in security operations center, crisis management/response, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Tackle customer service issues and build scalable services.
• Identify process improvements by partnering with product teams and the Supply Chain Security group.
• Monitor and report on supply chain risks and delays; provide data for root cause analysis.
• Maintain real-time knowledge of shipping statuses and carrier performance.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance metrics.
