Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; CPIM/CSCP preferred.
• 4–6 years of production planning or supply chain experience.
• Strong ERP experience, preferably Oracle, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production plan across multiple work centers.
• Plan and optimize work orders to improve WIP and cycle time.
• Lead production review meetings and mitigation strategies.
• Identify risks in material and capacity and drive cross-functional mitigation.
• Develop and automate capacity and delivery dashboards (Excel, BI).
• Mentor junior planners and support cross-functional projects.
