Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate basic assigned strategic account setup and maintenance workflows.
• Maintain approvals, documentation, and system updates for compliant purchasing access.
• Monitor account activity and customer inputs; escalate exceptions to protect service levels.
• Resolve routine order, return, and service inquiries; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain queue monitoring, case tracking, and workflow tools for timely responses.
• Prepare reference materials and process guidance to improve customer communications.
• Update supplier and product reference information and perform routine account operations.
