Job summary

Rebel Athletic in Carrollton, Texas is seeking a Transportation and Logistics Manager to oversee domestic and international shipments from origin to final delivery. You will manage freight execution, visibility, and import/export documentation while coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

This full-time, hybrid role requires 5–10 years in transportation, strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and the ability to travel between Rebel Athletic locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of transportation experience, including import experience from Asia.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with ERP systems.
• Experience booking freight and managing international shipments end to end.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international shipments across air, ocean, ground, and parcel transportation.
• Track shipments end to end and communicate ETAs and risks.
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to resolve clearance issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor freight spend and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
