Job summary

Columbia Search Partners, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager for a global manufacturing company to oversee shipping/receiving, 3PL relationships, and HTS classification. You will lead a team of 11-25 and own department budgeting and improvement projects.

The role requires hands-on 3PL experience, strong import/export compliance knowledge, and a HS diploma or GED. A relocation may be provided and a competitive benefits package is offered.

We're hiring a Logistics Manager for a global manufacturer of mission-critical industrial solution, and this role is a big one.

This supply chain organization is actively scaling, with growth happening across sourcing, planning, and logistics. You'll report to the leader who owns Americas logistics strategy and take direct ownership of shipping and receiving, carrier management, 3PL setup, customs brokerage, and HTS tariff classification. Tariff recovery is a current strategic priority, and the company is evaluating a 3PL partnership for its Americas operations, so this hire will help lead that transition.
