Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Infrastructure LLC is hiring a logistics professional to support the Payload Processing Facility in Florida and abroad. You will manage warehousing, receive shipments, and use ERP systems to track material while ensuring security checks and travel readiness for up to 25% international travel.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with engineering, planning, and finance to balance cost, quality, and speed in a spaceflight hardware program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Analysis, Construction, or other related fields
• 3+ years of supply chain management, production planning, capacity planning or manufacturing operations experience

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and provide feedback on team-related SOPs related to warehousing and inventory activities at the PPF
• Receive LEO managed and supplier shipments
• Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually receive and manage material
• Execute functional requirements of global trade and transportation management software requirements
• Provide guidance and expertise in logistics related discussions
• Accurately track and account for all inventory located at the PPF warehouse to include cycle counts
• Efficiently deliver material to PPF stakeholders, both physically and virtually
• Coordinate trailer or container movements within the PPF Yard
• Meet operational metrics related to warehouse receiving and inventory activities
• Effectively communicate high priority matters with Transportation leadership
• Shift schedule will vary, depending on production/launch schedules
• Operate equipment including: forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand cart
• Role requires up to 25% travel

Education
