Job summary

MKS Inc. is seeking a Manager of Global Logistics to partner with Supply Chain, Distribution, Global Trade Management and Customer Care, driving cost‑efficient worldwide transport. You will manage domestic and international logistics and report to the Director of Global Logistics.

Responsibilities include optimizing freight spend, leading carrier sourcing, and monitoring KPIs. Travel 10‑25% may be required, with a discretionary annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global transportation and logistics experience.
• 3+ years managing teams or leading cross‑functional logistics initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in multi‑mode transportation, carrier management, and freight procurement.
• Solid analytical and financial acumen including cost analysis and budgeting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive logistics cost savings and improvements.
• Experience managing carrier performance, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Collaborate across functions to support supply chain and customer requirements.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to travel approximately 10‑25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee freight spend, mode optimization, and procurement.
• Lead freight payment processes and auditing for cost control.
• Analyze transportation spend to identify savings opportunities.
• Develop and execute mode optimization balancing cost and service.
• Monitor carrier performance via KPIs and service levels.
• Collaborate with procurement, planning, customer care and operations.
• Attend quarterly business reviews with carriers and providers.
• Support continuous improvement in freight operations and execution.
• Evaluate network routing opportunities and efficiency initiatives.
