Job summary

Wahoo is seeking a Global Logistics Manager to lead our international shipping activities end to end—owning strategy, cost performance, and the forwarder/carrier portfolio behind our global transportation network.

You will coordinate shipments, manage inbound approvals, and build analytics to keep the network on time and on budget, with strong experience in global consumer products logistics and the ability to drive quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics or transportation operations, with global scope.
• Experience with ocean carriers, freight forwarders, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations and drive cost savings.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own global logistics budget, spend variances, and cost performance.
• Lead vendor selection and negotiate rates with carriers and forwarders.
• Manage inbound shipments from suppliers to 3PLs and track performance.
• Develop dashboards and reports on transit times, volumes, and exceptions.
• Ensure HTS classifications and regulatory compliance across regions.
