Job summary

Amazon's Global Logistics Exports Supply Chain Design team is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end cross-border transportation design and carrier deployment, collaborating with multiple teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver on milestones.

You will manage requirements, drive project plans, monitor performance with metrics, and ensure successful onboarding of 3P carriers while aligning with leadership and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
