Job summary

Veolia is seeking a motivated Logistics Intern to join our Global Logistics Procurement team in Trevose, PA. This internship offers hands-on experience in data-driven decision making, vendor lifecycle management, and procurement strategy execution within a fast-paced, global corporate environment.

The role provides exposure to strategy and execution, helping ensure on-time delivery and cost management while learning supplier negotiations and shipping optimization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or related field.
• Strong Google Workspace skills (Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive).
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for Summer 2027 (full-time).

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and interpreting supply chain data to generate performance reports.
• Support RFQs and RFIs documentation and organization for procurement.
• Manage vendor profiles in ERP and procurement systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with quotes and rate desk; liaise with internal stakeholders and carriers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting processes and identifying efficiencies.
