Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Summer 2027 procurement-focused student in the United States to support supplier research, proposals, and cost modeling for turnkey water and industrial projects.

You will organize supplier data, monitor KPIs, and assist in preparing documentation and reports for cross-functional teams. This role offers hands-on experience with SAP/Ariba and process improvements within a global environmental services leader.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing aBachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Interest in procurement, logistics, or operations management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good technical writing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project teams.
• Full-time availability for Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier research and market analysis for strategic sourcing decisions.
• Organize and track supplier proposals, cost models, and evaluation materials.
• Monitor supplier performance across schedule, quality, safety, and cost metrics.
• Assist in tracking delivery timelines and flag potential schedule risks.
• Develop SOPs and process documentation to improve team efficiency.
• Attend cross-functional meetings and prepare summaries for stakeholders.
• Data entry and reporting in procurement systems (SAP/Ariba).
