Job summary

Emerson seeks a Senior Manager, Global Logistics & Indirect to lead development and execution of global logistics and indirect procurement strategies, optimizing cost, service, quality and delivery across the enterprise. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, sourcing, or indirect procurement.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in global or multi-regional roles.
• Strong negotiation, financial acumen, and project management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and logistics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global FCV logistics strategy, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution network optimization.
• Drive service levels, reduce costs, mitigate supply chain risk.
• Oversee logistics service providers (LSPs) including selection, performance management, and contracts.
• Develop category strategies for long-term scalability and resilience.
• Build strategic partnerships with global suppliers and service providers.
• Establish and track KPIs across logistics and indirect spend.
