Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking an experienced International Logistics Manager to oversee the movement of imported food and non-food products from origin to delivery, including ocean freight, drayage, and customs compliance.

The role partners with Procurement, Buying, Distribution, Finance, and international suppliers to improve transportation performance, landed costs, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering) preferred.
• 3–5 years of international logistics or global supply chain experience.
• Experience with ocean freight, drayage, freight forwarders, brokers, and international providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day international movement of imported products including ocean freight, drayage, and customs clearance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor shipment activity and resolve issues to minimize delays and extra costs.
• Develop and maintain logistics dashboards and KPIs to measure performance and costs.
