Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager I to join the Global Logistics Exports Supply Chain Design team. You will lead initiatives to optimize cross-border B2C transportation and build dashboards for visibility and leadership insights.

You will partner with data engineers to improve data assets, forecast demand, and manage multiple high‑level projects to increase capacity and reduce cost across the network. Daily work includes analyzing performance metrics, presenting insights to senior leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of CMMS program experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial or distribution industries.
• Advanced MS Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop data visualizations and analytical models to facilitate cross-functional decision-making.
• Lead design and execution of business analytics for forecasting.
• Analyze large datasets to optimize key processes and drive improvements in cost, speed and capacity.
• Partner with data engineering teams to improve data assets, quality, metrics and insights.
• Identify opportunities for deep dive investigations and future program development.
• Prioritize multiple high-level projects to improve network capacity and forecast accuracy.
• Derive actionable recommendations from complex analyses.
• Communicate analytical insights and business implications to senior leadership.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, focusing on team interactions.
