Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager I for the Global Logistics Exports Supply Chain Design team in Bellevue, WA. You will build dashboards, lead forecasting analytics, and partner with data engineers to improve data assets and insights.

You’ll manage multiple projects to optimize network capacity and forecast accuracy while communicating insights to senior leadership. You will work on cross-functional initiatives to ensure capacity meets demand, delivering best-in-class transportation for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience.
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop data visualizations and analytical models to facilitate cross-functional decision-making.
• Lead design and execution of business analytics for forecasting.
• Analyze large datasets to optimize key processes and drive improvements in cost, speed and capacity.
• Partner with data engineering teams to improve data assets, quality, metrics and insights.
• Identify opportunities for deep dive investigations and future program development.
• Prioritize multiple high-level projects to improve network capacity and forecast accuracy.
• Derive actionable recommendations from complex analyses.
• Communicate analytical insights and business implications to senior leadership.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, focusing on team interactions.
